Your Role:
Recently, Knab has been acquired by our new parent company BAWAG. As part of this transition, we have now become our own employer, which allows us to manage everything in-house. This marks a new chapter for us, where we are creating and improving processes and expanding our capabilities by introducing new departments. This moment is perfect for someone who loves building processes, adding value and bringing new ideas.
In this role, you’ll oversee important transition-related activities, including projects linked to the BAWAG integration, while effectively handling workload across process management, risk controls, and audits essential to the HR department.
You’ll bring structure and support during this transformative phase, ensuring we are prepared to successfully manage both planned and unforeseen priorities.
