Knab invests in your development and sustainable employability. We offer and cover relevant education and training courses. Some training is mandatory, and if you have interest in courses and trainings outside of the standard offering it is always discussable with your manager. Your growth and development are key.  

Hybrid working, holidays and the 38 hour work week

Knab offers a hybrid work model, combining office collaboration with the comfort of working from home. We typically work from the office twice a week, with a 38-hour work week and 30 holiday days annually. We put an emphasis on work-life balance and facilitating an environment that works for you. Our in-house barista serves a variety of fresh tea & coffee from 8:00-13:00!

Both at home and in the office, you can count on an ergonomic workplace. We organize regular workshops and (sports) activities to help keep you healthy and fit. We have a masseuse at the office twice per week offering chair massages, there is a personal trainer for group classes at the office once a week, we offer free fruit and a heavily subsidised healthy daily lunch as some of our initiatives towards health and wellbeing.

In certain cases you can apply for special leave. Knab goes far beyond what is required by law. For example, additional maternity leave is 100% paid and you can also count on extended care leave if necessary. You can also request leave in many other special situations. Furthermore, you can exchange certain religious holidays for a diversity day of your choice.   

Salary

At Knab you can count on a competitive salary and transparent pay scales. You will also receive a 13th month's salary and your 8% holiday pay. For both you can choose whether you want to receive this monthly or once a year. Aside from this you will also receive a fixed net working from home budget as well as a fixed pension contribution from Knab, where there is no mandatory contribution from your side.   

Mobility

Knab encourages sustainable travel. You are free to choose to take an NS Business Card or a travel allowance to cover your commute to work. If you choose an NS Business Card, it also gives you free use of public transport in your private life. You can participate in our bicycle plan, which allows you to purchase an (electric) bicycle at a tax discount.
