Knab invests in your development and sustainable employability. We offer and cover relevant education and training courses regardless of whether they are related to your current job. Some training is mandatory. Your growth and development are key.

Hybrid working, holidays and sabbatical

Knab encourages working independently of time and place. This ensures a better work-life balance. You can register your holidays, but you can also decide not to do so in consultation with your manager. Anyone who has worked for Knab for more than a year can take a semi-paid sabbatical of up to three months.

For example, additional maternity leave is 100% paid and you can also count on extended care leave if necessary. You can also request leave in many other special situations. Furthermore, you can exchange certain Christian holidays for a day of your choice

Salary

At Knab you can count on a competitive salary and transparent pay scales. You will also receive a 13th month's salary and, of course, holiday pay. You can choose whether you want to receive this monthly or once a year. Everyone receives a fixed salary increase every year.

Mobility

Knab encourages sustainable travel, which is why you can choose an NS Business Card, which also gives you free use of public transport in your private life. You can also participate in our own bicycle plan, which allows you to purchase an (electric) bicycle at a tax discount. If you do not choose the NS Business Card or a leasing contract and you are coming by car? Knab will reimburse a maximum of 80 kilometres per day.
